In celebration of this year’s biggest success stories and exciting business developments the whole company was flown out to Copenhagen for our Annual General meeting and to celebrate as a team.
The evening started with an awards presentation given by our CEO, Maduka Okeke, followed by a dinner hosted by The Marriott hotel and a night out at Arch nightclub to round off a fantastic evening.
We arrived in a bright, but chilly, Copenhagen on late in the morning Friday 8th December, giving us the chance to spend the day enjoying the sights and Christmas markets of Copenhagen City centre, before getting ready for the main event in the Marriott hotel.
At around 7PM we reconvened dressed in our finest black-tie attire for the AGM awards presentation.
The AGM began by looking back at how the business developed over 2017; how we exceeded all of our business targets, have continued to grow faster than expected and celebrated the success stories of some of our top performers.
Looking towards 2018, Maduka revealed the plans for the new offices opening firstly in New York and in then in Sydney next year, as well as our plans to expand our head count with new Graduate intakes in January and August.
On a bittersweet note, we also said Goodbye to our exceptional FMCG Consultant Scott Reid, however he was surprised with an abundance of embarrassing pictures, which really got the whole company laughing.

After the meal, we all went our separate ways to change into something a little less formal, before reuniting back at the hotel bar to get us in the party spirit. We continued the celebrations into Copenhagen City centre at Arch nightclub, where we were given the VIP treatment.
We partied into the night, which was a perfect way to let off steam after an incredible year at Concilium.
We’re all excited to see what achievements we’ll be celebrating in Copenhagen next year!
