At Concilium Search we understand the importance of working with a search agency that understands your business and is motivated by providing you with the very best candidates in your most crucial positions. We conduct a three-stage process when providing our candidates to ensure no stone is left unturned and you are presented with only the most suitable individuals.


Our Researchers are trained to conduct a robust and exhaustive search for candidates based on the criteria established by the client and using all of the latest technologies. During this process our researchers will speak briefly with each candidate to ensure they have the necessary characteristics. They will provide a shortlist of 10 -30 candidates to a Consultant within 7-10 days.


Our Consultants conduct an in-depth conversation with these candidates. They aim to ascertain the candidate’s past career history, aspirations for the future, interest in the position as well as the softer factors, including personality and home life. They will narrow the list accordingly and provide a Senior Consultant with a shortlist of no more than 10 individuals.


The final stage of the process involves a Skype or Face-to-Face meeting between the candidate and Senior Consultant. During this stage we aim to find out more about the individual and any factors that may influence their career progression in any way. We discuss their experience in more detail, manage their expectations and limit the possibility of their withdrawal at a later stage.
