This individual will provide clinical leadership, education and support to Distributors across Europe, guiding my client's distributors to successfully drive implementation of my client's Home Therapy in hospitals and dialysis clinics. This position’s key responsibilities are to define and support my client’s clinical education programs for distributors for the home therapy market. This may also include the same support for distributor efforts to grow renal therapies in the skilled nursing facility, acute dialysis, and Critical Care settings. This individual will provide clinical and educational supportive materials to the distributors and their teams. This individual will work closely with my client's sales and marketing management and distributor management to ensure detailed training of distributor clinical teams, and will develop key supplemental educational materials for haemodialysis nursing and patient training support.

Key Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility provide clinical education and guidance to distributors working with my client
• Be the ‘first point’ contact for all of my client's clinical enquiries from distributors
• Work as an integral part of the European sales team
• Drive patient adds through education of and support to distributor staff
• Provides consultation to distributors for operator training and clinical considerations associated with the therapy (e.g., access, monitoring, nutrition, and medications)
• Audit and ensure appropriate standards of clinical knowledge is maintained
• Drive new product launches with the distributors
• Plan and execute regional educational meetings
• Participate in local and international exhibitions
• Provide support and assistance to distributors in the development of new programs
• Visiting customers with the distributor teams
• Work collaboratively with all members of my client's team to ensure growth
• Work closely with the International Clinical Director to drive clinical development
• Support development of clinical studies in Europe

Candidate Requirements

Education & Qualifications:

• 5+ Years experience in renal nursing preferably in all areas (acute, chronic, PD)
• Willing to travel (70-80% will be required in position)
• Possibility to work from home when not travelling
• International travel experience
• Multilingual – Fluent in English a must (Spanish, Italian, and other European languages is an advantage)
• Valid driver’s license
• Frequent lifting of heavy equipment of up to 80 pounds
